Fully automated system – Woodford Green

The brief received by our customer was to create a fully automated system which would complement the contemporary/minimalistic style of this newly built house. i-Home Control fully delivered to the customers’ specification and expectations.

Touchscreens were mounted onto the walls in various rooms and programmed at the touch of a button to execute a series of lighting, heating, security and audio scenarios throughout the premises. To add to the contemporary finish of the house, we fitted white mirrored switches in every room.

A complete audio streaming system was installed throughout, including into the basement which houses the indoor swimming pool, gymnasium and snooker/games room.

Mood lighting was created around the swimming pool and gym area.

We designed and installed an outstanding six-seater cinema room, with a 3-metre screen and a 4K projector hidden within the lowered ceiling. Finally a discrete garden audio system was installed within the Japanese style garden and all around the outside bar/bbq area. The data control room for these premises is unique and continues to be managed for the customer by i-Home Control.
