i-Home Control was set up by Russel White in 2016, a highly reputable security and home automation professional with over 20 years’ industry experience. The business was established to provide quality and affordable smart solutions to both homeowners and corporate businesses across London and the Home Counties (Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire).

Our team pride themselves on the flexible approach that we strive to provide. Our systems are tailor-made to suit each individual clients’ requirements and budget. We’re that flexible, that we’ve even travelled to Europe for a customer who wanted some smart solutions added to their properties abroad.

i-Home Control offer an emergency call out service as well as maintenance contracts for all services we provide.

This provides all of our clients with extra added value.

Our Process

Initial contact / consultation / meeting

We offer a free no obligation quotation service. The person you speak to at the start of your i-Home Control journey will be the same person you deal with right up until handover and aftercare. Within your initial consultation we will discuss your requirements and budget in full in order to find the most suitable smart solution for you. We will provide advice and guidance on products and installation in order to achieve the very best outcome for you.

Concepts and quotation

Following on from initial consultation, we will provide recommendations on smart concepts to suit you and your budget. We offer complete transparency at all times – there will be no hidden fees!

Design and installation

Our design and installation service is provided by a highly skilled team where quality and customer service is second to none.

Project management

Project management is included in all works undertaken by i-Home Control.

Handover

Once completed, the team at i-Home Control will provide you with a complete handover in order to allow you to be fully up to speed on how your new smart solutions work and how you can control them.

Aftercare

i-Home Control are always here to help and offer maintenance and aftercare agreements for your own comfort and piece of mind.
